A FITTED TABLECLOTH is also referred to as a FITTED TABLE COVER or FITTED TABLE DRAPE. You can think of it as a tablecloth that
fits over your table like a box. It is made to fit the exact size of your table with side panels on all four sides that "drape"
down to the floor. The side panels are designed with inverted box pleats on the corners which allow you to open the sides. This
is a convenient feature for storing items underneath the table. Because it is all one piece, a FITTED TABLECLOTH eliminates the
need for a tablecloth, a table skirt, and skirting clips.
A fitted tablecloth fits over your table like a box. Measure the width, length, and height of your table. If you can match that with
one of our standard fitted tablecloth sizes shown under the Pricing tab, you can place your order there. If the size you need is not
listed, please contact one of our sales consultants at 800-327-6025 or email us
with your measurements, and we will be happy to assist you in ordering a custom-made fitted tablecloth.
To determine the size of your fitted tablecloth you need to know the width, length, and height of your table. Most tables are 29"-30"
high, but check yours to make sure how high it is.
Once you have these dimensions, just list them.
Example: Table size 18"W x 60"L, and the height of the table is 30"
My table is 54 x70 oval what size table cloth should I order ?
Candy G on Dec 31, 2017
The size tablecloth you need depends on how much drop you want hanging down off the sides of the table. For your 54x70 oval table - if you want the tablecloth to hang down 10" from the table all around, you need to add 10 x 2 = 20" to each of the dimensions to add on the drop. 54+20 = 74 AND 70+20 = 90. So you'll need a 74" x 90" tablecloth for this table.

i am interested in a wash and dry, no iron tablecloth. Which fabric do you recommend?
I'm looking for a black tablecloth measuring 72" X 109" but all I see given is the 72" wide measurement. Do you have what I'm looking for?
on May 23, 2014
We make all of our tablecloths as they are ordered. The width of the Liquid Repellent fabric is 72" so this will not require seams. The price for the 72" X 109" rectangular tablecloth in this fabric is $37.76. This can be ordered online or by calling our sales office at 800-327-6025. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. The link to view the rectangular sizes and customize a size in this fabric is listed below. http://www.brightsettings.com/table-linens/Tablecloths-P76A-S6.html

I NEED A TABLECLOTH TO COVER AN OVAL TABLE WHICH IS 41 1/4" X 53 1/4" (NOT INCLUDING THE DROP WHICH I AM THINKING SHOULD BE APPROXIMATELY 10" (NO MORE). WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER? BOBBIE
on Apr 24, 2014
All of our tablecloths are made to the nearest inch. Based on the table 42" X 54" oval with a 10" drop all the way around you would order a 62" X 74" oval tablecloth. If the size is figured on 41" X 53" table the tablecloth size would be 61" X 73" oval.

I Have a 62 inch round table with a leaf it becomes oval remains 62 inches wide but now 80 inches long-what size table cloth do i need?
Michele Brigham on Mar 27, 2014
Hi Michelle, We usually recommend anywhere from an 8-12 inch drop. For this size table I would go with a 10" drop. You will need an oval cloth. For a 10" drop you would need a 82x100 Oval Tablecloth. This will give you an even 10" drop all the way around. Once you select the fabric and OVAL shape you can simply scroll to the bottom of our page and enter the "any size" dimension of 82x100 and select your color with the option to order. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks, Connie

you would need two table clothes one for a 62in round and one for you oval dimensions.
Denise Hart on Mar 28, 2014
You usually want a drop of about 12 inches and they may have a cloth about 60x110…since it does not have to be exact i did the closests fit..but i would try customer service as seems you will need to buy two
My organization wants fabric to cover some tables at a show. Will this fabric ravel or curl, when it is cut? We don't plant on hemming it, just cutting the lengths and laying them on tables which total over 29 yards in lenght.
on Dec 24, 2013
The Liquid Repellent Fabric generally does not unravel or curl when it is cut. As long as it is not mistreated, meaning no one pulls at the threads on the edges, this can be used with raw edges.

It says that these tablecloths are oval. Does that mean actually oval or does it mean that the ends are rounded?
Glenn Ball on Dec 6, 2013
Our oval tablecloths are made for oval tables that are a race track shape. If your table is round and you add leaves to the center to make it longer than our oval tablecloth will fit. We do make rectangular tablecloths that have rounded corners, these are typically tablecloths that are draping to the floor. The corners would drape down further than the straight sides and puddle on the floor so they are rounded off. If you have an odd shape table and want a custom fit we can make a tablecloth to your exact table top size. To to this we require that you send a template of the top of your table to us. We use the template and add the amount of drape you want on the tablecloth. There is a $25 template fee to make the custom cloth. Just contact our sales office at 800-327-6025 for more information on where to send the template.

I need to cover a 6' table to the floor, what size should I order?
CTEH-LR on Nov 15, 2013
For a fitted tablecloth you order by the table size so yes the 30" X 72" X 29" would be the correct size for a 6' table that is 30" wide. You can actually order one if you only need one tablecloth. In the past we only sold them in multiples of two but now one can be ordered. Sorry for any confusion.
Eileen Douglas Staff on Nov 15, 2013
I understand that, but for a fitted table and the size options that are listed above, 90 x 132 is not an option. Would that be a 30 x 72 x29 since these are sold in multiples of two? If so, then I am confused as to how that is going to be "fitted" on a table if I need two of them for one table. thanks for your help!
CTEH-LR on Nov 15, 2013
If your table is 30" wide and 72"(6 feet) long and also 30" high the tablecloth size that reaches the floor is 90" X 132". You will also want to specify "rounded corners" on this so the points do not drape down onto the floor where someone could trip on them.
I have a 54" square table and need a couple of pretty, washable cloths for them. Should I be getting a 60" square cloth or larger? Do you custom cut and finish the fabric I choose?
maria ingenito on Jul 30, 2013
The tablecloth size will depend on how far over the edge of the table you would like the cloth to drape. We recommend anywhere from an 8 to a 12 inch overhang. For a table that is 54" square a 70" square tablecloth will drape 8" which should be fine. We do cut and finish the edges of our tablecloths as they are ordered so we can make any size you may need.

When measuring oval table do you measure longest part of table which is middle part of width and length?
Mary Capps on Jul 1, 2013
Yes. Take the measurement of the widest part of the table and then add to that the drop you want on both sides. This will give you the width of the tablecloth. Then take the length of the longest part of the table and then add to that the drop you want on both ends. This will give you the length of the tablecloth.
Marc Templin Staff on Jul 1, 2013
What is difference in oval and rectangular? My table is rectangular but has rounded corners. It is a round table with the middle extension that makes it rectangular. My measurements needed are 54" x 96". Do you recommend oval or rectangular?
on Jun 29, 2013
Rectangular tablecloths have square corners. Oval tablecloths are in the shape of a racetrack which has rounded corners. I definitely recommend an oval tablecloth for the table you're describing.

I need table cloths for (2) 48 inch round tables that would go down to ground? and (5) table cloths for tall cocktail tables 30 inches that as well go down to ground? Thank you
Cheryl Randazzo on Jun 4, 2013
If your tables are 30" High, you would need 108" Round for the 48" Tables. If your cocktail tables are 30" high you would need 90" Round. If your cocktail tables are 42" High, you would need 114" Round .
Connie Williams on Jun 4, 2013
Hi, These tablecloths don't have any lines on them, correct? Meaning, it's just white fabric with no pattern, correct? Thank you!!!!
on Jan 2, 2013
Yes. That is correct... Liquid Repellent Polyester has no lines no lines or pattern.
Marc Templin Staff on Jan 2, 2013
When will you get other colors in this fabric? I need a lilac and/or purple?
on Dec 13, 2012
At this time we do not have any plans to extend the color options in this fabric.
Connie Williams on Dec 13, 2012
How wide are the hems of these tablecloths?
on Oct 6, 2012
There is no actual hem - they have a finished edge so that it lays flat and looks neat. We've had ours for almost two years, and they have held up amazingly well! The only issue we've had, is that although they are wonderfully repellent to most liqids, they are not so impervious to oils. We have a few that have oil stains on them. Other than that, they are wonderful! We're very happy with our purchase!
S W on Oct 10, 2012
The standard edge is the merrow edge style A merrowed edge is a real tight stitching all around the edge of the fabric which prevents it from unraveling. The hemmed edge style is optional, for an additional fee. The hem is about 1/4 inch wide.
Marc Templin Staff on Oct 6, 2012
There is no hem-- the material has a sewn edging in the same color as the tablecoth.
I love this tablecloth, but my only complaint is that it shows crumbs easily. If you have messy eaters or young children I do not recommend buying this in navy.

Still holds stains
Aug 17, 2017
I have purchased a brown tablecloth, and a gold tablecloth in this material. I find that it is very hard to get food stains out of it. If any food drops on the tablecloth it leaves an oily spot. I have tried using "Shout" to get it out, Laundry Soap right on the stain and lightly brush with a soft tooth brush, and even tried wine stain remover. Not one thing works. I purchased this blue one thinking it was a different type of material, nope, isn't. Oh well... live and learn I suppose. Any hints on how to get the stains out are welcomed!
