If you don't see your size listed in our Pricing, we can still make a custom sized elasticized round tablecloth to fit your table. You will have to call us at
800-327-6025 to special order it. Here's how to measure for the size you need:
Measure all the way across the table top (this is the diameter)
Measure the thickness of your table top
If table top thickness is 1" or less
Diameter + 6 inches
For example, if you have a table that is 48 inches across with a 1 inch thick table top, the size you need to order is 48" +6" = 54"
ELASTICIZED ROUND TABLECLOTH SIZE = 54"
If table top thickness is greater than 1"
Diameter + 6 inches + 2 X the thickness of the top
For example, if you have a table that is 48 inches across with a 2 inch thick table top, the size you need to order is 48" + 6" + 2" + 2" = 58"
It is not possible to get elasticized corners to lay correctly on an oval or rectangular tablecloth because the fabric tends to
bunch up at the corners and won't lay flat. However, there is one exception-Spandex! We do have elasticized rectangular
tablecloths made with Spandex.

All of the vinyl tablecloths have a flannel backing.
can you get the oval vinyl with elasticized edges?

What size should I order for a 60 in round table? Looking at an elastic fitted cloth.
on Nov 15, 2015
The size depends on how thick your table top is. If the table is a standard 3/4 to 1 inch thickness you would order a 66" elasticized that fits a 60" round table. If the table is thicker you would want to contact our office at 800-327-6025 or via email email@example.com and we can help you order a customized size that will fit a thicker table top.

Hi: We need a vinyl table cloth to cover a 48" round table with one 12" leaf. So we are looking at the table measuring 48 x 60 oval. I don't think my Mom would be happy with a seam. If we order 54 x 66, can you cut oval? Is the vinyl soft enough that a 3" overhang will fall over the edge OK?
Janet Balding on Nov 24, 2014
To answer your question regarding making an oval tablecloth, yes, we can cut to an oval shape. As far as the overhang on the tablecloth we do not recommend anything shorter than a 6" drop. Typically we recommend anywhere from 8 to 12 inches for the overhang.

Looking for a 70" square vinyl tablecloth with center hole for umbrella (with zipper). Can you tell me where to find one?
Patty May on May 15, 2014
Unfortunately we do not have a supplier for tablecloths with the zipper. We are able to make the cloth with the center hole, but you would need to take the umbrella out to put the cloth on and off.
Connie Williams on May 16, 2014
what is the backing of the 6 gauge vinyl fabric like?
Tina H on Apr 30, 2014
Our vinyl has a felt like polyester backing. I will gladly send you a sample of the color you are interested in so you can see and feel the product before ordering.
Connie Williams on Apr 30, 2014
I'm not familiar with gauge thickness when it comes to vinyl. Is it like metal, in that the lower the number, the thicker the metal? Thanks.
Linda Wolf on Dec 22, 2013
It's confusing because it's the opposite of metal—the higher the gauge number, the THICKER it is.
Marc Templin Staff on Dec 22, 2013
Measurement of my table, edge to edge and including 1 inch depth measures 44 width, 62 length. So, in order for it to be fitted properly, should it be ordered 45 x 63 to be sure it snugs under the table, or larger? I would like to order asap so I can have it by Dec. 21st. Thank you for your assistance.
Tammy Thomas on Nov 16, 2013
A standard overhang or drop is 12 inches, but I have mine at l0 inches, so by your measurements you would have to add l0 inches to each side, and l0 inches to each end. That would make your table cloth 64 X 83 after selecting a fabric, below the color choices there is s size helper chart at the bottom to help you, hope this helped.
Wayne Koman on Dec 5, 2013
If you are looking for an elasticized tablecloth in the vinyl we do make them but only in a round shape. We are not able to make elasticized tablecloths for rectangular tables at this time. Our delivery time on the 6 gauge Galaxy vinyl products is currently one to two weeks so delivery by December 21st is no problem.
Eileen Douglas Staff on Nov 18, 2013
Hello Tammy: My understanding is that usually a tablecloth should be large enough not only to over the surface of a table but to have a drop (extra material) of 8 - 12 inches on all sides . . . sometimes for formal dining, the drop is even longer (like 30 inches on each side). There is lots of information about this if you google "tableclothing sizing." So for your table, I think the standard recommendation would be to order a tablecloth larger than 45 X 63 . . . something more like 60 - 68 width X 78 - 86. But do check out the various websites on this topic . . many have handy charts to use. Hope this helps.
Dinah M Crossway on Nov 17, 2013
Actually, I was looking for a 'fitted' vinyl table cloth...which would not have a drop. Is that something that you do?
Tammy Thomas on Nov 17, 2013
I have never done that or seen it Tammy. Unless the tablecloth is like a large shower cap or fitted sheet with elastic around the rim, I would think it would be difficult to keep the tablecloth in place . . . sorry I cannot be of help with this.
Is this tablecloth meant to be used outdoors? Thanks!
on Jun 6, 2013
This can be used outside. It has the flannel backing so if it gets wet under the cloth it may create mildew. It will also fade if left out in the rain/sun for extended time. I do leave mine out all summer. I do not have the mildew, but do have the fading from water spots.
Connie Williams on Jun 6, 2013

Instant Poker Table
Jul 10, 2018
We have a very pricey 70” round dining table which we need to protect. The custom lined vinyl elasticized cover allows me to use the table for the monthly poker game without fear of accidents. Perfect fit, thanks to Rita. Only criticism would be that it takes too long for wrinkles (from folding for storage) to settle out.

The bright yellow color and the quality of the 6 gauge vinyl is excellent! The reason for the 4 star rating is that I was disappointed with the ‘oval’ shape that I ordered. It is a rectangle with rounded corners. Not what I was expecting or what I prefer. It just doesn’t look ‘right’ on my oval table.
