I need a simple white cloth for a very large table. It's 144"x48" with a 29" drop. Is there such a thing?Sue Greig on Mar 13, 2017
I had a custom tablecloth made for my very large table. I thought the Basic Polyester fabric was very nice and the price for a large custom-size cloth was excellent. I highly recommend Bright Settings.Martha B Stephens on Mar 13, 2017
Hi! I've purchased many tablecloths from Bright Sertings over the years. I have found that the can make any size. Larger cloths will have a seam where they have to join fabric. However I always find that it isn't noticeable. I'm very satisfied with everything I've purchased from Bright settings. Angela L.Angela Lannen on Mar 13, 2017
We custom make all of our tablescloths so you can have any size that you need. For your table 48" x 144" with a 29" drop you will need a 106" x 202" tablecloth. We offer a variety of fabrics that would be seamless for your size. For solids the Basic Polyester and the Spun Polyester would both be seamless.Rita Irwin Staff on Mar 13, 2017

are the edges hemmed? on Oct 21, 2016
Our table linens come with a standard merrowed edge. If you prefer your tablecloths to have a hemmed edge, we can do that as well for a small up charge. There is a $4/dozen upcharge for hemmed napkins. The upcharge on tablecloths is 10%. Please note that hemmed edges are not recommended for round or oval table cloths due to their tendency to pucker. Do the table cloths have a seam? on Jan 28, 2016
Our Basic Polyester fabric is 132" inches wide. So if you are ordering a cloth smaller than 132" wide it will not have seams.Marc Templin Staff on Jan 28, 2016
you list your fabric as 132 in wide. Do you actually mean length? on Feb 24, 2015
No, the fabric basic polyester is 132" wide off the bolt, the tablecloth can be as long as you need it to be but the width of the fabric will remain 132". So if you need a 132" X 168" tablecloth it will be all one piece, no seams would be required. If you needed a tablecloth 144" X 168" this would require seams since the fabric is 132" wide and you need the tablecloth to be 144" wide. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.Eileen Douglas Staff on Feb 24, 2015

Our oval tablecloths are made in the shape of a racetrack. They are made to fit a table that begins as a round with leafs added in the center that are straight. I have 4 different size tables and would like to put tablecloths on them for a friend's birthday party. 1 table: 32 X 66 2 table: 34 X 48 3 table: 32 X 66 4 table: 30 X 30 I would like to order the same color for all. I've read sizing charts but cant seem to find uniform sizes to hang over. I would order if I could figure it out? Thank you!jennifer w on Oct 27, 2013
We recommend a tablecloth drop of anywhere from 8 to 12 inches. These tables are not very large so an 8" drop should be sufficient. To calculate the tablecloth size add 8" to the width two times and add 8" to the length two times. For example, for the table 32" X 66" take the width of 32" + 8" + 8" = 48" then take the length 66" + 8" + 8" = 82", the tablecloth size for this table is 48" X 82". You can also use the tablecloth size calculator at the bottom of the list of standard square and rectangular size tablecloths to calculate the sizes: https://www.brightsettings.com/table-linens/Basic-Polyester-Solid-Colors-P1A-S6.html If you prefer to order over the phone you can call 800-327-6025 between 8AM and 5PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday.Eileen Douglas Staff on Oct 28, 2013

What size overlay should I order for a 96" long table? on Sep 19, 2013
The overlay size will depend on how wide the table is and also if you have a floor length tablecloth underneath. If the table measures 30" wide and 96" long and you have a floor length tablecloth on it and just want a tablecloth to cover the top and drape down some a size 54" X 120" will do this. The tablecloth size 54" X 120" will drape down an even 12" on each side.Eileen Douglas Staff on Sep 19, 2013

Each corner on a fitted tablecloth has an inverted pleat so that the tablecloth can be placed on the table and removed easily. A merrowed edge finish is the standard finish for all of our table linen. If you do not specify that you’d like a different edge finish, your table linens will be finished with a merrowed edge. You can request to have a hemmed edge finish on square and rectangular tablecloths, napkins, or placemats. There is a 10% upcharge for a hemmed edge finish on tablecloths and a $4.00 per dozen upcharge for hemmed edge finish on napkins. i am having a dinner/ fashion show in July and have decided to use solid bright colored napins on our tables in the color of Orange, Green, Yellow , Pink, turqoise, red, and purple. These colors are hot for the season and I need enough to do 12 -14 tables that are 90 inch round with seating from 8-10 people per table. I have searched other sites and they are offering only 5 napkins per package in each color. These will be paired with overlays in the same colors. I hope the colors you have are bold because that is what I am looking for in the 20x20 size?Elizabeth Berrios on Mar 15, 2013
Our napkins are all sold by the dozen, the dozen is all one color so if you are using 7 different colors you would need to order a dozen of each. I would suggest that you order fabric samples to ensure the colors are what you are looking for for this event.Eileen Douglas Staff on Mar 15, 2013

What table cloth size would I order to fit a 6' standard rectangle banquet table (6' table drape) & 8' table drape and what about to fit 2'x10' classroom type tables to the floor? Also for catering which fabric is best and most durable & most wrinkle free the poly or spun poly fabric. Which fabric would have the least or no seams in a 6' & 8' table drape? Thanks,Kim Cummings on Jan 17, 2013
90x132 fit a 6 foot table to the floor and 90x156 fit a 8 foot table to the floor. For your classroom tables (24" x 120" x 30") you would need an 84x180. These would all have rounded corners to keep the cloths from puddling. Most caterers and special event coordinators use our Basic Polyester Fabric. This fabric would be able to make all these cloths without seams.Connie Williams on Jan 17, 2013

How do you figure the length of each skirt? on Dec 27, 2012
The skirting is sold by the foot. To figure the length of the skirt you need you first need to decide how many sides of the table you want to skirt and add the measurements. If you have an 8 foot table and want to skirt 3 sides you would add 30" + 30" + 96" = 156" which is 13 feet. If you want to skirt all 4 sides of your table you add 30" + 30" + 96" + 96" = 252" which is 21 feet.Connie Williams on Dec 28, 2012

what size tablecloth do I need for a table that is 60" by 36"?Jean Kohlmayer Last Name on Apr 9, 2013
The tablecloth size will depend on how much drape you want. We recommend any where from 8 to 12 inches as a drape. If you sit at the table and measure from the top edge down you can see where this will fall at your table and determine what you prefer from there. To calculate the cloth size add the drop to the table dimension two times so it drapes down on each side the same amount. For example for your table that is 36" wide if you want an 8" drop you will add 36+8+8=52 so the cloth width would be 52", the length of the table is 60" so add 60+8+8=76 so the cloth length is 76". The cloth size for your table with an 8" drop is 52" X 76".Eileen Douglas on Apr 10, 2013

I had a similar situation with finding a table cloth for the dining room. Way too much wood showed in there and I wanted a cloth to leave on the table 24/7 that also would look good with a table runner I'd already purchased. The solution was to order color swatches from Bright Settings. Then I tucked the edge of each, one by one, under the runner and squinted to narrow the field of vision. The right one popped as soon as I saw it and the decision was made. The final product turned out to be perfect and pulled the decor of whole room together. Good luck!G O on Nov 26, 2012

In answer to your question, I have bought 3 different color tablecloths in the polyester and am thoroughly satisfed with the quality. I bought a yellow, gold and blue one and you cannot see through any of them. I think you would be most happy with the quality of the fabric. The fabric is very tightly woven.K A on Oct 27, 2012

We have 72" tables which size tablecloth should we order?Paula Marks on Oct 23, 2012
It depends on how much drop do you want. Multiply the drop by 2 and add that number to the diameter of the table. So, if you want the tablecloth to hang down 10" from the table all around, you would multiply 10X2= 20. Add 20+72 and you would need a 92" round cloth. Standardly, you would purchase a 90" cloth for a 72" round table, but at Bright Settings you can order a custom tablecloth that is the exact size you want .Marc Templin Staff on Oct 23, 2012
Do these hold up in the wash? Stain easily? on Oct 4, 2012
The fabric drapes beautifully. Color does not fade- mine has been washed a ton! I would encourage blotting the stain and then spot treating. If not- a wash with Borax or baking soda often took care of most messes. From a Mom of 3. Tablecloth most often used for family gatherings (12 people or more) is still useable... They do hold up well in the wash. We used them in an art gallery for exhibit openings on the tables where we served food. The gallery has since closed and I can't remember if they stained.Morgan Lawrence on Oct 4, 2012
My tablecloths and napkins in the Basic Polyester Solids have held up very well. They haven't stained, even when they are heavily soiled. Just wash and dry them according to the directions.Barn on Oct 4, 2012
I purchased several of these tablecloths in Terra Cotta in 2009 and 2010 for Thanksgiving. We have anywhere between 20 and 50 people show up each year. They have washed well and dry very fast, with no stains. I do spray them liberally with stain remover before washing. I have only washed them a few times, since we only use for large family gatherings, but they have been very durable so far, with no signs of fraying.Kathleen Lysaught on Oct 4, 2012
A year later they still look like new with consistent use and laundering.Lynette Peterson on Oct 4, 2012
I have ordered several tablecloths and runners. Up to this date, I've not had any concerns about washing or removing of stains. Just like any fabric, if you do get a stain and you treat it immediately and properly, it will usually come out, but if left untreated, naturally the stain will set as with any tablecloth or clothing item. Hope this helps.Linda Cook on Oct 4, 2012
Hello: I have purchased dozens of these cloths over the years to use as coverings for our tradeshow booths. We first used white but found that customers tended to set their coffee cups down and left coffee rings. They wash out when treated for stain remover and bleach added to the wash, but our salespeople did not want to have to wash them each time. They are extremely large and a bit unwieldy for one person to handle. We switched to black cloths and I haven’t heard these complaints any longer. I personally washed them a couple of times and found that with another person helping me fold them right out of the drawer, they required no other ironing or maintenance. I can’t speak to how well they would hold up with frequent washings. Hope this helps!Catherine Loye on Oct 4, 2012
We purchased this fabric in black to use as a table cover as well as backdrops for our craft show display booth. I have yet to wash them in 3 years as I can usually brush off any dirt marks. There have been no stains. The tablecloth and fabric have held up very well. I often recommend this purchase to other craters. Leona J. Krauth on Oct 4, 2012
