Clean with warm soapy water and several clear water rinses.
Moderate scrubbing with a medium bristle brush will help to loosen the soiling agent.
Full strength rubbing alcohol or bleach diluted with water may be tried if the above suggestions do not work.

Q: How do you size a table? Edge to edge or edge to edge and adding the band around table as well? Example, my octagon table is 53 1/4", with the band being 1", so would I purchase a 56" tablecloth?
A: On an octagon shaped table measure it from one corner to the opposite corner. If this measurement is 53-1/4 and the table is 1" thick and you want an elasticized tablecloth you would need to order a 60". This would be a 60" cut size to fit a 53-54" table that is 1" thick. If you measured across the octagon from one straight side to the opposite straight side and it was 53-1/4" remeasure this from the actual corner to the opposite corner as this measurement should be a little more and will be more accurate when trying to fit a round elasticized cloth onto an octagon shaped table.
