Trade Show Tablecloths

At Bright Settings, we offer two types of trade show tablecloths: screen printed and digitally printed.  Each has its own pros and cons so we wanted to break them down so you can make the best purchase decision.

Digitally Printed Tablecloths

PROS CONS
No color limits More expensive per piece
No minimum order quantity
Water Repellent option
Match a trade show table runner or trade show banner
Available in throw, fitted, or barrel styles

If you’re ordering a trade show table runner or trade show banner, your only option is to have it digitally printed.  However, if you’re ordering just a few trade show tablecloths, we recommend going with a digital print rather than a screen print.  Digital printing is more expensive per piece than screen printing, but there is a minimum order quantity on screen printed tablecloths, which drives the total price up.  Additionally, there is no color limit on digitally printed tablecloths, so if you’re looking to use a multi-color logo or other image, digital printing will be cheaper for you in the long run.  If you’re looking for something water repellent, you should also choose a digital print.  Digitally printed trade show tablecloths are available in Polyester, Recycled Polyester and Water Repellent fabrics, in throw, fitted, and barrel styles.

Screen Printed Tablecloths

PROS CONS
Ideal for bulk orders Minimum order of 12
Simple color schemes Limited to 4 colors
Available in throw, fitted, or barrel styles $100 setup fee

If you’re ordering in bulk quantity, we recommend you choose screen printed tablecloths.  The limitations here are the coloring and the quantity.  You must order at least 12 screen printed cloths, and you can have no more than 4 colors. The fewer colors you select, the less expensive your screen printed order will be.  Additionally, there is a $100 set up fee for screen printed tradeshow tablecloths. Screen printed cloths are available in Polyester and Recycled Polyester fabrics, in throw, fitted and barrel styles.

For both digital and screen printed orders, we’ll send you a free proof of your artwork to approve online before you place your final order.

If you’re still having trouble deciding between screen printing and digital printing, give us a call.  Our sales team would be happy to answer any other questions you have to help you make the purchase decision that’s best for you and your business!
