aircraft-grade aluminum construction of a banquet metal folding table won't dent, warp, bend, crack, or rust due to long-term
use, moisture, or rough handling. Aluminum folding tables are 50% lighter than conventional folding tables, and 20% lighter
than so-called "lightweight" models. Aluminum folding tables come in a variety of sizes, leg styles, colors, and shapes
(including round). Each table holds 4,000 lbs. of distributed top weight, and each leg holds 2,000 lbs. of direct weight.

Aluminum
Our aluminum folding tables are made of all aluminum components, which are smooth-finished, high-strength alloy 6063-T6
extrusions, unless otherwise noted. Aluminum feedstock contains recycled aluminum. Alulite™ products are recyclable.
Top
The surfaces of our aluminum folding tables are .080" thick with integral stiffener ribs and have a 1 1/2" profile edge. Table
tops will not crack or warp after extended usage or exposure to heat, moisture, or sunlight. Aluminum folding tables will not
emit toxic fumes, gases, or smoke in high temperatures related to fire. Painted surfaces are thermal-set, powder-coated
finishes, and have the hardest surface and maximum scratch/mar resistant qualities in the industry. Aluminum table corners
withstand a drop squarely on edges/corners from a height of 24" at any temperature without splitting apart, cracking, or
creating sharp corners. Tops will not conduct electrical current. End caps are heavy gauge and have high-impact, cast corner
inserts which will absorb abuse from frequent set ups and take downs. In addition, the surfaces of our aluminum folding tables
are available in silver anodized finish or in selected powder-coat colors.
Load Capacity
All aluminum tables will support up to 4,000 lbs. of distributed weight. All aluminum folding table leg styles are tested
to exceed 2,000 lbs. of direct weight on each leg.
Legs
All legs are aluminum and welded together for strength, then attached to the table with zinc-plated bolts and nuts. All leg
styles are a standard 29" height. Legs will never rust. Powder-coat paint in Mineral Bronze color is applied for finishing.
The H and Roman II style legs are 1 1/2" square aluminum for additional strength. Wishbone folding legs are 16-gauge heat-treated
aluminum, 1 1/4" diameter, shaped into the wishbone pattern for maximum leg room.

Southern Aluminum guarantees to the original purchaser that the standard products we
manufacture will be free of any defect in original material and workmanship under
normal use in normal conditions for as long as you own the products. In the unlikely
event such defect occurs, Southern Aluminum will repair or replace the product at
Southern Aluminum's discretion upon inspection, providing the product has not been
misused, altered, damaged, or abused. This warranty does not include damages as a
result of vandalism, inadequate inspection or maintenance, neglect, defacement,
accident, and improper application or handling. Southern Aluminum declines
responsibility where repairs have been attempted or made by others. This warranty
does not extend to custom-made products specially made by specific customer request.
This warranty covers the materials and framework and any folding mechanism. This warranty
does not cover normal wear and tear on top surface or edges. There does not exist any
surface in these general products manufactured by Southern Aluminum, or any of its
competitors, which is completely scratch resistant. This warranty also excludes the
laminate tops of the iDesign Series tables (the laminates have a five-year warranty),
the carpeting on our portable stages and choral risers (the carpeting has a four-year
warranty), and the vinyl covering on our Lux Pad tables. MardiGras Tables are backed with
a 15-year warranty.
In the event of a problem with any of our products, the customer is responsible for
contacting Southern Aluminum customer service to discuss the problem. Any defective
product must be returned freight prepaid to Southern Aluminum within 30 days of defect
discovery and notification to customer service. Proof of date of purchase must accompany
the shipment. Credit or replacement is not offered for products returned for repair.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
