Made of heavy, 22-gauge, steel. 4" ball bearing swivel casters,
two with brakes. Casters located to permit flush positioning to
walls. Recessed three point locking handle. Full width top
shelf and three adjustable side shelves plus bottom shelf.
Open section includes garment rod. Welded steel construction.
Shipped assembled except interior, locking handle and caster
assembly. No top shelf with the 36"W x 24"D x 66"H Cabinet.
Features:
- Sandusky spot welds the inside corners of each door providing a more rigid door.
- Each door also includes a welded full length door stiffener.
- Felt pads protect the painted surface and assure quiet closure.
Sandusky provides a user friendly adjustable shelf clip. Four shelf clips
are positioned at the front and back edges of the shelves, relieving stress
from the sides. Shelves adjust easily at 2" increments.
Shelf weight capacity on all adjustable shelves is 180 lbs. evenly dispersed
over the entire shelf. Meets ANSI/BIFMA shelf standards.
A tru-lock 3 point rod assembly (rounded bars, not flat) with tapered rod
ends is used on the Classic, Elite, and Transport series. Plastic rod guides
in the top and bottom of the door provide quiet and easy closure. Sandusky's
recessed three point locking handle is standard on most Elite and Transport
Series cabinets.
All adjustable shelves can be reversed to create a "tray effect" to contain
rolling or shifting items. Shelves may also be slanted for a more practical
way of viewing shelf contents by elevating the rear two shelf clips one
notch.
Permits you to move your Transport Series Cabinet easily. Attaches to
either side of a 24" deep cabinet using bolts/nuts provided. Additional
backer support plate attaches to the inside for maximum support. Holes
must be drilled in cabinet to attach handle. Baked enamel finish. Item#
TSH-00.
Casters mount to a 6" wide full depth plate that bolts through the cabinet
bottom into 1 1/4" angle iron that runs the width of the cabinet, front and
back. All interior bolts and angle iron are concealed from view by a false
bottom shelf.
- Swivel polypropylene casters. Overall caster height is 6", 2 have side brake locks, 5" wheel diameter, 1 1/4" width. Heavy gauge steel top plate. Finish is corrosion resistant zinc.
- Full depth steel plate 6" wide. 90 degree, 1/2" full depth break for additional strength. Finish is galvanized steel.
- Heavy gauge 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" angle iron.
- Fastening bolts with flat washers and locking nuts included.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Sandusky Lee Corporation warrants that the ELITE, SYSTEMS, BOOKCASES, TRANSPORT,
CLASSIC, AUDIO VIDEO and COMPUTER Cabinets are free of defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. All other
Sandusky products are guaranteed for a period of one year. The SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for such defects is the repair or replacement of a defective
cabinet or parts thereof by Sandusky Lee Corporation or, at Sandusky Lee
Corporation option, refund of the purchase price upon return of the cabinet to
Sandusky Cabinets, Inc.
This warranty shall not apply in the event the products are damaged as a result
of misuse, neglect, accident, moisture, improper application, improper assembly,
or assembly not in conformity with the instructions of Sandusky Lee Corporation
failure to abide by safety precautions prescribed by Sandusky Lee Corporation or
modification or repair by persons not authorized by Sandusky Lee Corporation.
Sandusky Lee Corporation makes no express or implied warranties of any kind or
nature except as expressly provided herein. There are no oral agreements or
oral warranties collateral to or affecting this written warranty. THIS WARRANTY
IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
SANDUSKY LEE CORPORATION LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM HEREUNDER SHALL IN ALL EVENTS
BE LIMITED TO AND NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PARTICULAR PRODUCT IN
WHICH THE ALLEGED DEFECT OCCURRED. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
Buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of the
Cabinets whether used singly or in combination with other goods.
UNLESS ANY PORTION OF THE ABOVE IS CONSIDERED UNENFORCEABLE OR UNLAWFUL UNDER
APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL APPLY TO ANY AND ALL PURCHASERS
AND/OR USERS OF THE ELITE, SYSTEMS, TRANSPORT, CLASSIC, AUDIO VIDEO AND
COMPUTER CABINETS.
