Aluminum Picnic Tables & Benches Product Information - (245K)
Structual components are high-strength aluminum alloy 6063-T6 extrusions. All tops are .080" thick
with integral stiffener ribs. Main frame aluminum tubing is 1.9" outside diameter .109" thick wall
pipe and diagonal braces are 1.5" surface with .080"-.090" nominal walls. Folding table telescoping
outside tubing is 1.5" surface .062" nominal wall and inside tubing is 1.125" surface .062" nominal
wall; folding mechanism has a double push button lock which can be securely locked in the upright
position. Fasteners are stainless steel. Tables have 10" wide aluminum serrated-surface bench
seating. All surfaces are weather- and wear-resistant and are finished in 'bright' powder-coat
paint.

Southern Aluminum guarantees to the original purchaser that the standard products we
manufacture will be free of any defect in original material and workmanship under
normal use in normal conditions for as long as you own the products. In the unlikely
event such defect occurs, Southern Aluminum will repair or replace the product at
Southern Aluminum's discretion upon inspection, providing the product has not been
misused, altered, damaged, or abused. This warranty does not include damages as a
result of vandalism, inadequate inspection or maintenance, neglect, defacement,
accident, and improper application or handling. Southern Aluminum declines
responsibility where repairs have been attempted or made by others. This warranty
does not extend to custom-made products specially made by specific customer request.
This warranty covers the materials and framework and any folding mechanism. This warranty
does not cover normal wear and tear on top surface or edges. There does not exist any
surface in these general products manufactured by Southern Aluminum, or any of its
competitors, which is completely scratch resistant. This warranty also excludes the
laminate tops of the iDesign Series tables (the laminates have a five-year warranty),
the carpeting on our portable stages and choral risers (the carpeting has a four-year
warranty), and the vinyl covering on our Lux Pad tables. MardiGras Tables are backed with
a 15-year warranty.
In the event of a problem with any of our products, the customer is responsible for
contacting Southern Aluminum customer service to discuss the problem. Any defective
product must be returned freight prepaid to Southern Aluminum within 30 days of defect
discovery and notification to customer service. Proof of date of purchase must accompany
the shipment. Credit or replacement is not offered for products returned for repair.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
