Shipping & Handling Charges

We can ship virtually anywhere. Please keep in mind though, when shipping larger furniture items to a residential address, it will be more costly than if you were to ship to a business with a loading dock. All of our linen product ship UPS, unless it makes more sense to ship via Priority Mail (for example Hawaii & some international orders). International taxes and duties are not included in any of the prices posted on this website.

Most of our products you can expect to receive in 10-14 business days. If you need it sooner, please call or place your instructions in the "Miscellaneous Information" section of your secure order form. We will find the best way to get it to you on time and then call you to confirm the updated express shipping charges. The shipping charges will vary due to many variables such as delivery location, weight, type, and quantity.

Deliveries

At the time of delivery you must look your goods over and note any damage. Don't be afraid to partially unpack and inspect the items. Go ahead, pop open the packaging and take a peek. Any damage should be noted at the time of delivery. Then, notify us immediately of any problems. Call toll free 800-327-6025 or email. We will initiate the process and coordinate matters with the manufacturer to get the problem taken care of.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations/Changes

  • Changes/Cancellations must be made the same day your orders are placed and even then they are subject to approval.
  • Changes/Cancellations on the next day are not accepted. You are responsible for the goods.
  • Any additions made to an order will be treated as a new order and may be shipped separately.

Returns

You need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return your merchandise. Call toll free 800-327-6025 within 24 hours of receipt to get an RMA number. No returns will be processed without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, even then are subject to approval upon inspection.

  • All returns must be made within 7 days.
  • All returns are subject to approval.
  • All returns must have the RMA number marked on the package.
  • If the manufacturer makes a production or shipping error, a call tag will be sent and the error will be corrected.
  • A minimum 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise. If it's found that an error occurred in our production or shipping department or the product received is flawed in any manner the restocking charge will be waived. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise.
  • There is a restocking fee of 50% on custom-sized linens (a custom order size is any size that is not listed on this site). Original shipping charges are not refunded, and customer is responsible for shipping return.
  • Printed orders are not able to be returned, once the job is printed, you are responsible for the product ordered.
  • All "Open Box Deals" sold are nonreturnable, nonrefundable.
  • Ship returns to: Bright Settings™, 701 East Spring Street, Titusville, PA 16354, referencing your Return Authorization Number
  • There are no even exchanges
  • Credits are processed upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.

Credit Application

Please complete, sign, print and then mail or fax the form to us. Our mailing address and fax number are on the form. Upon acceptance, our credit terms require payment within 30 days. Download Credit Application
